I helped initiate funding for the project by developing a digital content strategy for the grant proposal. After receiving the grant, I worked with the head of education to create a “parent academy,” a cross-platform, bilingual project to help caretakers teach their toddlers basic math concepts using guided online activities and videos. This included taking a curriculum and transforming it into a digital experience. After launch, my team continued to expand the series with additional content tied to diversity, cultural inclusivity, and accessibility. We produced over 60 digital videos presented in English and Spanish and recut for social media and broadcast interstitial.
